About

Who am I? To the outside world, I am a beholder of two Masters degrees - Business Administration & Healthcare Administration. I am a strategist and innovator who dares to go beyond the known and into the unknown. I am a dynamic and charismatic servant leader who goes all out to inspire and empower teams to innovate and deliver their best work. I am a visionary who humbly seeks and leads with wisdom. I am a curious and eager learner who finds joy in exploring various possibilities and enjoys bringing people on a journey with me to experience 'a whole new world. I am a people advocate and champion who values the well-being and empowerment of those around me. I am someone with a pioneering spirit who takes initiative in organizing and leading projects, creating a collaborative and transparent work ambiance, engaging with team members, promoting effective communication, and motivating and inspiring diligence in the pursuit of excellence. I am someone with a growth mindset, someone who loves to inspire growth and improve things - systems, operations, processes, relationships, and myself (took certification courses to expand my skillsets - lean six sigma green belt, PMP, etc). I am someone who is just grateful for every opportunity that I get. To those close and dear to me, I am: A bringer of JOY, encouragement, and creative inspiration. I am someone with a brave mind and heart, with the eagerness and desire to improve and reimagine the world for the better :) I am a dreamer and a free spirit who loves to imagine the unimagined. I am a giant ball of optimism and laughter and I am known to wear my heart on my sleeves. I am a bearer of sweet, kind words, but also a bearer of tough, heart-wrenching truths. I am someone who values compassion and empathy, and I believe that sincerity and genuine care are keys to the heart. I am someone who reads people and situations well, and I am careful to be gentle but firm when handling situations. I am someone who loves my family and friends and I am someone who humbly seeks wisdom and guidance. All in all, I am someone who is just appreciative of the highs and lows... and the in-betweens. I am Trixie. :) So enough of me, it's your turn now, what's your story? Come connect with me: trixie.a.lau@gmail.com
