Graduating with an Engineer's degree in Computer & Software Engineering from the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2014, I have since built a dynamic career in UX/UI design and development. I am currently the Founder of GOZAWI, where I shape the company's vision and strategy. Previously, I led UX/UI design at BlockLabs, creating a gamified metaverse platform and launching an NFT market. At BF Games, I developed artistic concepts for sports betting and casino applications, leading an international team. I also co-founded KonsJeż, designing an app to enhance work-life balance. My early career included a role as Lead Product UX/UI Designer and Full Stack Developer at GOZAWI.

Experience

• Head of UX/UI Design · BlockLabs09-01-2022 – 03-01-2026

  As Lead UX/UI designer I was working with the latest Web3 technology creating end-to-end blockchain software for fintechs of all sizes. It includes projects like metaverse platform, NFT manager, mmorpg game or AI chatbot. All projects were for the customers in the US which required working in the GMT -5 time zone. Key achievements : - Designed the gamified metaverse platform for mobile devices and personal computers entirely from scratch. This included prototyping, wireframing, UX / UI mockups, interaction design,animation, design system, responsive design and future development. - Worked closely with the front-end department to create the most consistent architecture possible, which allowed for faster implementation of new components in the offered products. - Successfully launched the NFT market platform and gamified mmorpg game.

• Head of Design / UX, Sports Betting & Casino CMS Lead Developer · Bee-Fee Limited10-01-2016 – 11-01-2023

  For seven years I have been working as a creative director of a sports betting, online casino and electronic wallet platforms. Besides selling those platforms as SaaS products, the company has its own brand that operates in more than 10 countries and provides services for thousands of customers every day. The work was carried out remotely but required at least 4 trips a year to an office in Malta. Key achievements : - Successfully developed and supervised the entire artistic concept for desktop and mobile applications for all platforms. This included design research, UX / UI mockups, focus groups, behavior analysis, brand identity, guidelines, code structure, daily maintenance and front-end development. - Hired and led an international team of over 25 people that consisted of UX / UI designers, researchers, graphic designers and front-end developers. - Significantly increased brand recognition and optimized operations performed by users, driving a 500% increase of user engagement metrics in designated areas.

• Lead Product UX / UI Designer, Full Stack Developer · GOZAWI2012 – 10-01-2016

  I worked in a creative agency that offered a large variety of products starting from simple company websites all the way to large business applications. Main industries: healthcare, automotive, insurance and education. Key achievements : - Successfully launched over 20 projects to the market in less than 5 years. - Helped improve several projects in the healthcare industry where the total number of customers increased by over 50%.
