Hello, Yajas here. I'm currently in my 4th year of BTech in IT from an IPU affiliated college. Despite its lack of recognition, it hasn't defined my capabilities. I run a small IT startup called WebChainIT, managing everything from product planning and design to full-stack development and launch strategies. We work on diverse projects including crypto investment platforms, trading tools, and e-commerce apps. We’re proud of our achievements despite being a growing startup. I actively trade in crypto, learning from both successes and failures. My varied roles across companies—customer support agent, HR manager, and project lead—have given me hands-on experience and insights into business operations. Currently, I'm enhancing my technical skills by learning Python to contribute more effectively in the AI domain. I also have a passion for music, singing and playing guitar for over six years. Music has always been an essential part of my life.

  Was eventually appointed as the team leader and HR manager considering my team management and leadership skills. Actively recruited and terminated employees while ensuring customer satisfaction of high ticket English-speaking clients.
