  Built a Data Management Portal, improving governance by reducing time to remediate data issues from 12 hours to less than 30 seconds. Orchestrated the full lifecycle of AWS Lambda functions for metric processing, from development to production. Enhanced existing Lambda Functions with SQS message batching capability to substantially reduce costs. Used Snowflake to craft SQL queries, enabling the creation of detailed Redash dashboards.

  Advanced an optimal menu structure within the Toast Library using full stack technologies such as Typescript, Kotlin, and Apollo GraphQL. Led development of the new courses configuration feature which allows for more control, flexibility, and customization for restaurant menus and is used by more than 35% of all customers and 67% of FSR customers. Collaborated in an agile environment with product manager, engineer manager, designer, and other engineers cross-functionally to design and implement features. Enhanced the frontend component library by creating reusable components to help speed up future developments. Amplified the risk management plan by analyzing trends and metrics of subsystems using Datadog and Sentry.

  Worked on a full stack web survey tool app using Angular TypeScript for frontend and Kotlin Spring Boot for the backend. Collaborated in an agile environment with product owner, team lead, and engineers to design, spec, and implement features. Refactored significant portions of backend api to simplify duplication. Wrote database migrations to clean up old data and reduce code complexity. Constructed unit tests to test frontend and backend features and improve code coverage.
