With a robust background in UX/UI design, I have honed my skills through diverse experiences and education. I hold a Master of Arts in Animation Arts from Universidade Lusófona and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Art University of Isfahan. My professional journey includes impactful roles at UPS, Radiant Digital, and Duelit, where I have developed interactive prototypes, optimized design systems, and enhanced user experiences. At UPS, I designed a responsive interface for a new Pickup web application, achieving 100% user satisfaction. My expertise extends to Agile Scrum and lean UX methodologies, with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity. I have also contributed to the redesign of Eco.Logic Programs' website, ensuring efficient navigation and mission clarity. As a User Experience Design Fellow at General Assembly, I completed over 400 hours of immersive training, further solidifying my design acumen.

  Created interactive prototypes, optimized component libraries, developed design concepts such as email template libraries within Figma, worked closely with development teams, and proposed solutions. Designed a responsive interface for UPS's new Pickup web application, leveraging the design system and UI kit to enhance user experience across desktop and mobile devices, and iteratively improved designs based on user feedback which resulted in 100% satisfaction in the user interviews. Enhanced UPS’s Claims UX design by implementing a streamlined and user-friendly flow, prioritizing fraud prevention, cost-saving, and protection to the supply chain. Optimized the information architecture, utilizing competitive analyses and user interviews with Claims experts to establish design fundamentals in the decision-making process. Implemented accessibility standards to ensure designs met WCAG guidelines, expanding user inclusivity. Managed documentation and maintained design consistency across multiple projects.

  Contractor for Verizon company. Collaborated with a team of designers on building a new design system for Verizon during design system migration from Adobe XD to Figma, resulting in an accelerated and efficient design process. Worked alongside a team of researchers to create tasks and scenarios for usability tests, documented research findings to define design solutions, and inform product development efforts. Developed wireframes and prototypes by redesigning the interface for specific user flows, leading to an efficient and user-friendly experience with reduced pain points. Cultivated expertise in Agile Scrum and lean UX methodologies, including participation in daily stand-ups, cross-functional collaboration, and iterative product delivery. Managed UX project timelines and task assignments using Jira, ensuring projects adhered to deadlines and stakeholders were informed of progress.

  Worked with a team of 3 UX designers to redesign the website for Eco.Logic organization in order to provide efficient navigation and clarify the mission of the organization. Our process started with primary and secondary research including usability testing and comparative analysis, then we went through ideating phase to study our potential solutions and in the end we delivered the redesigned version of the website in Squarespace which is published since September 2022.
