As a Computer Science student at York University, I am passionate about developing innovative and user-friendly software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients and users. I have a strong foundation in programming, mathematics, and communication skills, as well as a keen interest in mobile and web development. I recently completed a four-month internship at RBC, where I undertook two end-to-end remediations of RBC API's, converting the codebase from Java 8 to Java 17, and using advanced language features and libraries to optimize performance and enhance code readability. I also used Spring Boot and Karate to develop and test the API's, and presented a comprehensive demo of the migration to the entire team. I was able to demonstrate my technical competence, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills in this challenging and rewarding project.
