I am an automation testing professional with more than 14 years of experience. I have worked for companies such as Dell and Target. I have been involved in developing different kinds of automation frameworks such as data-driven and keyword-driven. I have used multiple tools like QTP, Coded UI, Telerik Test Studio, Selenium, Appium and Playwright. I have used multiple programming languages such as VBScript, C#, Java, JavaScript and TypeScript. At Dell, I was one of two UI Automation Architects for dell.com. In this role, I was responsible for unblocking more than a hundred automation engineers whenever they were technically blocked. I also trained hundreds of manual testers on C#, Coded UI and automation framework and helped them upskill and transition into automation engineer roles. I was the Coded UI expert providing consultancy services to five Dell offices in three locations. At Aricent, I helped win a $250,000 contract, competing against Accenture. At Target and other companies, I pioneered and evangelised the incorporation of development concepts such as clean code, code review, object oriented programming (including page object model or POM), SOLID design principles etc. into automation. I also have experience in the AI and ML domains.
