With over four years of experience in software development, QA, and automation, I am currently an Automation Manager at designory, a global marketing agency that creates innovative digital solutions for leading brands. I have a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and multiple certifications in UX research, data science, and online testing. In my role, I lead and manage a team of automation engineers who design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications, using tools such as Cypress, Postman, Newman, and Jenkins. I collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, and monitor and analyze test results to ensure software quality. I also define and implement automation strategies and best practices, and support agile development processes.
