My professional experience includes roles such as Lead Product Designer at Balancenutrition.in, Product Designer at CLXNS Technologies Pvt Ltd, and User Experience Designer at AI Bender. These positions have allowed me to develop skills in creating innovative solutions, enhancing user experiences, and improving healthcare outcomes. Additionally, my experience as an Architectural Intern at The Design Matters provided me with valuable insights into design and planning.   Balance Nutrition is a unique online diet program addressing weight loss, PCOS, Thyroid, Uric Acid, Post pregnancy weight loss & many other lifestyle disorders. I revamped a frustrating patient onboarding process by creating personalized 'healthcare quests' instead of a standard questionnaire. Users unlocked their medication cabinet by answering safety-related questions. Collaborating with dietitians, we integrated patient education, enhancing health literacy and accuracy. The result: increased patient engagement and completion rates, as well as more accurate data for healthcare providers. We also added a food-scanning feature for instant nutrition information.   - Worked on creating the system that will aid the organisation, a debt collecting business, in increasing job efficiency and lowering costs. - Created the X Pro app from the ground up to assist organisations in collecting money from door to door, similar to Swiggy & Zomato. - Created a model for campaign design that can send messages via IVR, voice IVR, WhatsApp, and AI BOT. - Making the CRM for internal use in order to improve the usability and interactivity of their system.
