  Implemented an agile process to create a musician-matching platform for Hometown Heroes Radio, DE, benefiting 3000+ musicians. The end-to-end process involved research (competitive audit, interviews & surveys with 30+ users, journey mapping), and UX/UI (visual design system, high-fidelity prototype), and testing (moderated usability testing).
