About
Your website has one job, and most of them are failing. I'm Abbi, a passionate UX/UI designer with 12 years of experience building research-driven websites and brand identities for small businesses and startups. I specialize in Webflow, which means custom, conversion-focused builds with zero templates and zero "that's just how the theme works" excuses. My process is simple: I figure out who your customers are, what they need, and where your current site is losing them. Then, I fix it. No mood boards before strategy. No pretty pages that can't convert. No Canva. I've worked with e-commerce brands, service businesses, and product startups across the US and UK. Most of them came in frustrated with a design that looked fine but did nothing. They left with sites they actually send people to. If you're looking for fast and cheap, I'm not your designer. If you're ready for a site that earns its keep, let's talk.

- UX/UI Designer · AMUX Designs10-01-2023
AMUX Designs offers website design & dev, and brand identity development packages that are customized for each client. I also offer design subscriptions for businesses. These provide routine design work. These subscriptions include anything from logo design, web design prototyping in Figma, application user interface designs in Figma, print marketing, and even web development in Webflow depending on the subscription tier. My subscribers currently range from mid-sized businesses with frequent social media assets needed, print marketing, and landing pages to marketing companies that have an overflow of work and need to white label site designs, brand identities, and UX strategy.
- UX/UI Designer | Web Designer · Advanced Recovery Specialists09-01-2021 – 10-01-2023
Advanced Recovery Specialists is a small medical device supply company. They also own several small companies under their umbrella that aim to spread awareness to patients about how to obtain medical equipment from your physician, and how it works with your insurance. My role covered a lot of areas in design including: website design and development, social media marketing strategy, product design and prototyping, print marketing design, interactive form design, and branding. When I came on-board, they lacked an overall brand and had no consistency making it difficult to make a lasting impression on their audience. I redesigned their logo, created a brand guide, established a social media strategy, and developed a website. This lead to an increase in their presence online which lead to an increase in their leads. After having been there for nearly a year, the owner wanted me to get more involved in their product development. They decided to branch out of distribution and offer their own medical device solutions for at-home therapy. I began the product design process with sketches to scale and built 3D models in Blender to send to the 3D printer so they could create a live 3D model of the product. Once my involvement grew from web and branding designer to UX/UI Designer & Product Designer, I decided to implement a project management system for the company to help improve communication across all the vastly different projects I had going at one time. I opted to implement a Trello board. The owner loved how I set this up and opted to implement the project management system company wide - across all departments to help cutdown on miscommunication between staff and ensure patient care was at the top of the list.
