With 15+ years of product leadership across high-growth SaaS and consumer platform businesses, I specialise in building and scaling global teams, defining product strategy, and executing end-to-end transformations that drive user value, revenue growth and operational maturity. At my core I believe that great products are more than feature lists — they’re the result of high-performing teams aligned around customer insight, business strategy and measurable metrics. I’ve led product organisations from startup through to scale-up; built self-service consumer and enterprise product models; and established metrics, processes and culture that support sustainable growth. Highlights include: • Built the HRIS product offering at ‎Deel from 0-1, scaled it globally across 110+ markets and grew product-led adoption quarter-on-quarter by 25%. • At ‎Curve I headed the European card-product vertical, launched a next-gen wallet architecture and enabled 200k+ new users in six months. • Successful hire-and-build of 30+ product, design and product-ops team members across 3 regions; established OKR frameworks, data-driven decision making and x-functional alignment. I’m now seeking my next challenge as a VP of Product or CPO at a mission-driven, scaling company where I can bring my product strategy + organisational leadership blend to help define the next chapter of growth. Preferably in a technology-oriented business (FinTech, SaaS, platform + network). Outside work you’ll find me in a Pilates class, socialising with friends, or traveling and exploring the world.
