With a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from The IIS University, I have built a diverse career in social media marketing, content creation, and human resources. As the Founder of Instaglam Media since 2021, I help businesses thrive on social media through organic growth and community building. Previously, I interned at Staiir Social Media Marketing, managing client accounts and creating engaging content. At WeddingsOnly, I excelled in content writing, producing over 70 SEO-friendly blogs and training interns. My HR experience includes an internship at HiringClouds, where I led intern recruitment and worked on the #MahilaBol project to raise awareness about workplace discrimination against women.

  During the internship, I was responsible for handling the social media accounts of the client companies. Writing exceptional copy for the posts along with relevant hashtags was included in my responsibilities. I also researched for potential clients and performed email marketing. Later during the internship, I curated multiple Social Media Marketing related blogs covering different industries and how they can enhance their social media presence.

  I worked in the Content Marketing Department and monitored the blog section of the website in an exceptional manner. I curated up to 70+ creative and SEO-friendly blogs for the website. I researched for the trending topics that were related to the wedding industry for writing the blogs and tracked traffic on the website in order to improve the ranking of the blogs in Google SERPs. I wrote a blog on 'Cost of a wedding in Udaipur' and it successfully earned 6th rank in the Top 10 Google SERPs. Also, I trained content writing interns about how to create extraordinary content, how to apply the writing skills and how to make the blogs user-friendly. I researched for relevant topics and assigned it to them. Along with that, I also proof-read the articles submitted by the interns and made necessary changes in it before uploading the final content. During my last month of employment, I edited and updated the previous blogs of the website and made them more relevant according to the new trends and algorithms.

  I interned in the HR department and was also appointed as the head and in charge of all the interns. I was responsible for interviewing interns and making sure their joining and documentation were completed properly. Along with this, I also prepared job descriptions for multiple job profiles. During my internship, I worked on a project named #MahilaBol which was regarding raising awareness about sexual harassment and discrimination that happen with women at the workplace.
