  Strategic new product (cell phone) analysis - time study for repairs used for cost analysis and design recommendations for ease of serviceability. Troubleshooting and repairing CDMA, GSM and 3G technology cell phones to the component level using soldering station, test equipment – Agilent 8960, CMU200, multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supplies and using schematics and block diagrams. Team leader for creating debug guides using Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF. This was published in a global support website used for training purposes and ease of repairs resulting in substantial cost savings.

• Field Service Technician · LTI Technologies (Houston, TX) – Dallas work from home office01-01-1989 – 06-01-1993

  Independently worked from home office in Dallas installing and repairing newly introduced medication dispensing units (PYXIS) located in the nursing stations in hospitals. Other responsibilities included ordering and maintaining optimum inventory of parts, documentation and reporting of repair time and all the expenses. Achieved the Service Excellence Award for high customer satisfaction and I oversaw more than 10 hospitals in Texas and Oklahoma.
