With a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and advanced degrees in Creative Writing and Public Health, I bring a rich educational background to my role as Principal UX Researcher at Henry Schein One. My career spans significant positions, including Lead UX Researcher at Sony Music Entertainment and The Graduate Center, CUNY, where I spearheaded research initiatives and built robust research practices. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at CUNY, I teach Technical Writing for Engineering and Digital Rhetorics of LLMs. My earlier work as a Data Analyst at The City College of New York involved influencing pedagogical approaches for adjunct faculty, with my findings published in the Journal of Basic Writing. My expertise lies in crafting research strategies, conducting in-depth UX research, and leveraging data to enhance user experiences and educational methodologies.
