  Led the redesign of the transaction flow to improve user confidence by providing clear and consistent feedback during transactions, both on mobile and desktop platforms. Introduced animations and updated dark/light themes to create a more engaging and visually cohesive user experience. Developed a new 'Pending State' that provides users with real-time updates and reassures them throughout the transaction process, addressing a major pain point in the previous design. Worked closely with a diverse team, including the Chief Product Officer, Lead Front-end Developer, Front-end Developer, 2 Back-end Developers, Lead Designer, Product Designer, Graphic Designer, and QA.

  Spearheaded the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for HeyAuto, a leading Canadian B2B/B2C automotive marketplace. Developed and implemented a comprehensive design system that ensured consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints. Conducted extensive user research and testing to inform a complete redesign of the platform, significantly improving usability and user satisfaction. Worked closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless integration of new features and updates.

  Contributed to a platform capable of handling over 10,000 bids per second, ensuring reliability and performance even during peak auction times. Designed a landing page that featured integrated trading charts, providing users with an interactive way to monitor current trends and auction listings. This design significantly improved user engagement and market analysis capabilities. Conducted qualitative interviews with active platform users to validate the need for the sidebar menu and to gather insights into user preferences, ensuring the feature was both necessary and user-friendly. Integrated advanced tools for promotion and analytics, specifically designed to support independent artists in enhancing their visibility and managing their auctions.
