  Point person in the plant for our implementation of BPCS software in 1994 and SAP in 2004. Transitioned from monthly physical inventory to single annual physical inventory, creating thousands of dollars of savings in inventory shrink and overtime dollars per month. Served on SAP blueprinting and implementation team, charting business processes associated with warehousing, storage, and distribution, for package and bulk products, customizing SAP software to fit within processes. Plant SAP Super-user including blueprinting, design, SAP testing, and end-user training and support.
