My professional journey includes significant roles in product design and UI/UX, where I have contributed to enhancing user experiences and product functionalities. As a Product Designer at Simpplr, I focus on creating user-centric designs, while my previous role at ZestMoney involved optimizing user experiences for a widely-used consumer app. My experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UT Austin has honed my skills in delivering engaging educational content and managing academic responsibilities.   Worked on the newly introduced bill payment feature on the consumer app with over 10 million downloads which then increased consumer retention and pushed product adoption of higher ticket sizes among new users. Translated requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity detailed designs for the partner and consumer app. Worked closely with product managers, developers and cross functional teams to optimize the user experience of Zest.

  Led product design for Prepskul, a competitive exam preparation platform. Analyzed client requirements meticulously to develop wireframes, design strategies, and establish brand guidelines. Employed design research methods to uncover customer insights and developed effective information architectures, ensuring logical and intuitive content organization and navigation within internal features. Collaborated extensively with the founder, stakeholders, and development team to ensure the smooth execution and integration of design concepts.

  Ideated and designed a travel planning platform including the Dashboard, Payment process and Itinerary Building for the travel agent as the target audience. Worked on revamping Kidzkingdom, a Pre-School website from scratch.
