  As a Senior High-End Retoucher, I established and managed a photography studio within the company, which led to an expansion of services and a significant increase in the quality of our work. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing and executing complex retouching projects, collaborating with photographers, art directors, and clients to ensure their needs were met and the final images were of the highest quality. My expertise in color theory and composition allowed me to produce stunning, high-quality images across a variety of industries, from beauty and fashion to products and food. I also expertly composed different elements realistically, using my knowledge as a photographer to inform how lighting should look.
