• UI/UX Designer - Data Visualization focus · RBC05-01-2023 – 12-01-2023

  During the summer of 2023, I worked as a UI/UX Designer co-op student with a specialization in Data Visualization at RBC under the Ops & IT Risk team. My primary task was to conceptualize a unified dashboard solution, consolidating various risk dashboards into a single, user-friendly interface for the entire team. The goal was to provide a self-serving platform that promotes transparency at all levels and aids teams in maintaining optimal performance. The primary result of the project was the elimination of manual tasks, leading to a lot of time-saving annually! The dashboard features ensure that the team remains on schedule, preventing any delays and maintaining efficiency. I can say that, in my first corporate experience, I grew through diverse networking opportunities like ten thousand coffee sessions and other social events. This immersive experience has been a catalyst for my growth, equipping me with a well-rounded skill set across key aspects of professional development.

  Conducted visual audit & user research to identify inconsistencies across products and designed well-nested wireframes of reusable and customizable user interface components.
