  Redesigned the App's UI & UX resulting in a 30% drop in support requests and a reduction in quote time from 10 minutes to 2 minutes. Created a design system for internal products which significantly reduced design and prototyping times. Designed identity verification flows for fraud prevention resulting in the verification of nearly 1,200 policies and cancellation of over 300 unmatched accounts. Continually iterated on the usability of the web-based quote flow resulting in a 40% decrease in drop off compared to the first version.
