I’m a product designer with over 7 years of experience, and I love working on projects from the ground up. From identifying problems to user research, market validation, prototyping, and UI/UX design—I’ve been involved in every step of the process to bring products to life. What makes my approach different is my background in web development and filmmaking. This gives me a unique perspective when it comes to design implementation and working closely with developers. I led the redesign of critical platforms, optimized front-end performance, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the company's digital presence. • Spearheaded the redesign and development of a new dashboard using Angular, improving usability and enabling partner brands to easily access key reports, earnings, and other data points. • Worked alongside design, marketing, and engineering teams to ship site changes, including a full redesign of the main Talent Inc website, which helped elevate our employer brand and attract higher-quality talent. • Increased sales and traffic by launching product landing pages and redesigning outdated ones, leading to improved user engagement and higher conversion rates. • Enhanced the overall performance and stability of the website by optimizing front-end code and resolving critical bugs.

  During my time at Tradecraft, I had the opportunity to work closely with experienced Senior Product Designers who mentored me throughout the program. This immersive apprenticeship allowed me to work on multiple projects, including taking on real contract work from startups based in the Bay Area. Through a combination of hands-on projects, curriculum, and real-world experience, I honed my product design skills, gaining practical insights into startup environments and learning how to manage design challenges and meet stakeholder expectations.
