  DAILY WEBSITE CONTENT Creates layout, design, and visual communication of the website, including YouTube, and social media. Ensures that the overall look and feel of One Mega Group Inc are aligned with the brand and style guide set by MEGA. Attended the weekly story conference and publishing meetings conducted by the Digital Editor, Editor-In-Chief and the Publisher. Took care of all aspects of layout and art direction and ensures that the output is only of the best and highest quality. Creates all editorial pages in coordination with the story editors. Along with the editors and editorial directors of each section, chooses the appropriate art and images (photo editing), graphic treatment, and elements that can be incorporated into editorial pages. Commits to meeting deadlines, handling multiple design projects, and finding creative and innovative solutions to improve the quality of work. ADMINISTRATIVE Handled layouts such as: Heavy Dropout (11 or more products) Moderate Dropout (6 to 10 products) Events/Socials Departments, Editorials, Cover Story, Special Features BRANDING AND REPRESENTATION Handles four (4) sub-brands MEGA, MEGAStyle, MEGAEnt and MEGAMan Represents and maintains the good image of the magazine to the public and business partners. Strengthens the network of the brand in the industry, here and abroad. Always aligns with the Art Director before engaging in any activity. Promotes the magazine in the social circle, industry, and social media channels. COMMITMENT TO MANAGEMENT Supports the advertising department requirements, considering the voice and integrity of the magazine. Participates in client presentations to help the team persuade the advertiser, as needed. Joins and actively participates in the annual business review and planning for the brand. Attended internal corporate events like Townhall Meetings, Employee Appreciation Gala and the likes.
