In March 2024, I completed an internship with TEKA Kuchentechnik UAE, where I contributed to marketing, sales, and after-sales service teams. My responsibilities included supporting promotional campaigns, maintaining competition databases, and assisting with customer support to uphold the brand image. In the after-sales service department, I addressed customer inquiries and coordinated with the support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role enhanced my communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities while providing valuable insights into various aspects of business operations.
