About

As a passionate advocate for mental health, I’m currently pursuing my M.S.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Youngstown State University, focusing on supporting women, couples, and postpartum moms. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and have over three years of hands-on experience working in the nonprofit sector. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for individuals facing mental health challenges, particularly those navigating life transitions or grappling with OCD. In addition to my passion for mental health, I’m deeply committed to environmental advocacy. I self-published a children’s book, Turtle Town, which teaches young readers about ocean conservation and the importance of protecting marine life. Through both my counseling work and environmental efforts, I hope to make a lasting impact on future generations, encouraging mindfulness and care for both mental health and the planet.
