About

Cennet Poshka is in her third year at Arizona State University. During high school, a marketing class unleashed her passion for the art of selling. This led her to pursue a degree in Marketing (B.S.). Later in college she uncovered her niche in the industry during an elective class and added on a fashion minor. During her time at Arizona State, Cennet has kept herself involved in many diverse involvements. One being her marketing internship this past year at a dominant non-profit organization that focuses on continued learning and professional development. At their Manhattan office, Cennet gained valuable experiences that changed her outlook on what was expected of her in a professional setting. She was able to explore how different departments came together to collaborate and how to properly communicate within such a large company efficiently. Cennet ended this internship learning that to earn success, you must consider not just yourself, but also your team and uplift them with your proper attention. An important value to Cennet at ASU has been being an active learner and taking advantage of what all her classes have to offer. To Cennet, she understands that a changing world means one must adapt and learn from what is to come, therefore she values being a lifelong learner. This has been reflected in many rewards she has since received such as being offered a spot at ASU’s Leaders Academy, an association the top 15% of each class based on test scores and GPAs. She has also been fortunate enough to have been awarded and maintained the New American scholarship earned by academic achievements. Cennet plans on leaving ASU with the knowledge needed to start her career while also having a proper foundation ready to grow upon experiences and teachings in her future endeavors.

  As a Social Media Assistant, likely contributed to managing social media platforms, creating content, and engaging with the audience to promote Arizona Fashion Week.

  As a marketing intern at the American Management Association, the experience led to a pivotal role in my marketing experience. My responsibilities included developing spreadsheets to track promotion codes and analyzing trends, producing and designing social media content, scheduling social media launches for the yearly calendar, proofreading and editing pamphlets and online emails, collaborating across departments, etc. These experiences have equipped me with valuable skills in data analysis, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration, which will be essential for my future career in marketing.
