  As procurement lead, I managed all procurement activities across 10 CGIAR international institutions across 28 countries, participating in the project in line with the AfDB public procurement guidelines with a total budget of US$2million. Introduced procurement strategies and SOPs for where activities go beyond the provided guidelines which reduced procurement timelines by more than 50%. Managing assigned staff in utilizing various public procurement methods at different thresholds. Reviewing submissions of procurement documents (Terms of reference, Evaluation reports, Request for proposals, Request for Quotations, etc.) to ensure completeness and compliance with the procurement process. Reviewing planned activities to ensure compliance with the project grant agreement. Very skilled at using Excel and SQL to manipulate data and produce reports.   I managed the development of an e-Procurement Software for Lagos Water Corporation. My role was directing project execution, providing Procurement process flow and testing to ensure Software conforms to the Lagos State Public procurement Law, Nigerian Public Procurement Act, and the World Bank procurement guidelines. I led sessions with key internal users to test the software on all procurement process (pre-qualification and Vendor/Contractor/Service provider online registration, bids/Proposal solicitations, public online bid openings, communication with bidders, award of contracts etc). We also verified functionality, accuracy, response time and transparency especially for bidders and suppliers. I also managed the user acceptance, adoption and change management for the New LWC billing, Collection and CRM software, and the Oracle financial Software. This has involved a lot of adjustments on all Software systems, software integration to financial and functional systems, training and hand-holding sessions and setting up of new units / departments at Lagos Water Corporation.
