Hi, my name is Christine Tang and I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Informatics focusing on HCI. I have extensive work and project experience in UX design, UX research, and front-end development. One of my experiences includes serving as a product designer intern at a startup company. My primary objective was to enhance the overall user experience and align the website's structure with the company's goals. Throughout the process, I engaged in extensive discussions with the manager and conducted interviews with users By incorporating their invaluable feedback and insights, I successfully crafted a website that not only exceeded user expectations but also effectively conveyed the company's core message.

  ○ Improved legibility and user engagement of the company’s website by redesigning it using Figma and WordPress ○ Successfully enhanced users’ understanding of the company’s mission and product by updating the website content ○ Ensured the website fulfilled users’ needs and aligned the business value by cross-collaborating in a team of 5 including managers, researchers, and designers

  ○ Improved the user flow and user experience of the robots and mobile app by reporting 300+ issues with analysis and discussing with designers, engineers, and PMs ○ Optimized the debugging process of the robots’ software by documenting and presenting the testing results with step-by-step details to the engineering team ○ Ensured the robots had smooth navigation or responsive interactions by creating standard guidelines with the team and performing functional and stress testing

  ○ Recruited 15 new officers from over 50 applicants each year going through the process of online applications and two rounds of interviews ○ Hosted internal bonding events for 50 officers every quarter and external events with over 2000 people participated ○ Help maintain good relationships and resolve conflicts between officers.
