  Technical Support: I provided first-level support to end users, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of ICT systems. This included resolving hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to the daily operations of NHIF. Network Configuration and Maintenance: I was responsible for configuring and maintaining Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), ensuring seamless connectivity and communication across the organization. Security and System Updates: I assisted in implementing security controls and performing system updates to safeguard NHIF's systems and data against cyber threats, while ensuring the overall integrity of the network and infrastructure. ICT Equipment Maintenance: I participated in the maintenance and repair of ICT equipment and peripherals, making sure all hardware was in good working condition to prevent disruptions to operations. Copywriting: I created clear, concise, and engaging content for NHIF, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and content for the organization’s websites and newsletters. My writing helped make complex technical information more accessible and aligned with NHIF's communication objectives. UI/UX Design: I was involved in designing the user interface (UI) and improving the user experience (UX) of NHIF’s digital platforms. I worked on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance the usability of internal tools and websites. Additionally, I conducted user testing to gather feedback and refine designs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for users.
