Four key network upgrades were the delivery of Operational Technology (OT) Network, Enterprise Technology (ET) Network, a new CCTV network and a site wide Wireless Network. The upgrade of server infrastructure as part of a wider business transformation. Implementation of MFA to user accounts & applications. Engaged & consulted with construction & building architectural contractors for the future delivery of IT into 2 new manufacturing facilities, to follow the modular template of build for the new networks & IT deliveries.   Overall Programme accountability for the successful delivery of Network aspects of the programme on behalf of Walgreens Boots Alliance. WBA were divesting Alliance Healthcare from the company, in a de-merger and splitting the network, a data centre & other sites from their ownership. The Network Programme included implementation of new Data Centre infrastructure, transfer of servers and data to both on premises & cloud locations, as well as the network separation between the two entities. Works included WAN refreshes & separations, LAN & WLAN implementations & separations and Firewall and information security implementations & separations. Network liaison & preparation for server & data migrations from one data centre to other on-premises data centres and to Azure cloud data centres.
