  The aim of You, Me & Anxiety is to create a community to normalise our mental health, to tackle stigma through humour and to help people realise they're not alone. I wanted to build an initiative to help add to the current movement tackling the stigma surrounding mental health. The website is currently focused on light-hearted blog posts regarding all areas of mental health and a podcast where we delve deeper into individual issues and stories. Alongside contributing my own writing, I act as a recruiter, podcast host/editor, community manager and editor for contributing writers and maintain/develop the website.

  Stream is a full-service creative agency, passionate about building brands, crafting campaigns and cultivating digital communities. My responsibilities included creating social media content for a wide variety of clients and industries, turning confusing jargon into precise, understandable and marketable language, managing social media profiles and their respective communities, running and managing PPC campaigns, producing copy for newsletters, interviews and articles, briefing and working with the design team to create custom visuals, and working in a voluntary capacity as the wellness officer.
