Over nearly 22 years of experience, I have had the privilege of exploring digital projects from multiple perspectives, continuously evolving both professionally and strategically. Throughout my career, I have taken on diverse roles—ranging from UX/UI design to front-end development, from project management to product development—across various industries, including E-Commerce, Multimedia, and large-scale Public Administration digitization projects. My adaptability has allowed me to work with different project management frameworks, from Waterfall to Scrum to Kanban, while also leading teams of up to 10 direct reports. Above all, my most valuable skill is the ability to quickly grasp the essence of any project, connect the dots, and shape an initial product vision—a structured, logical foundation that can be refined with ever-increasing depth. This capacity to synthesize complex information into a clear roadmap has consistently enabled me to guide teams and projects toward effective, high-quality solutions. I combine a tenacious focus on the end goal with a 360-degree strategic vision, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.   In my role as a Digital Product Lead at Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale, I'm managing National Recovery and Resilience Plan Italian Projects for the Italian Government about digital national platform integration (app IO, pagoPA...) and digital accessibility. My mission is to develop state-of-the-art digital services, improve user/customer experience and reach PNRR targets. Achievements include translating product needs into technical requirements and ensuring widespread adoption among administrations.

  Managing projects to increase and maintain a high level Customer/User Experience for TIM digital entertainment products, especially for TIMVISION (Streaming TV) and TIMBOX (Set Top Box Android). Up to 4 direct reports.

  As User Interface Engineering Manager I was in charge of managing people and projects about web and mobile UI/UX improvements to increase Conversion Rate of Venere e-commerce platform. My direct reports were in the scrum teams so my role was both people manager than to define and guarantee the respect of Venere Design System across all projects. My main stakeholders were between Rome and London in Product and Business departments.

  When I arrived at Venere.com all the website was even written with HTML 4 and tables and there was no profile that dealt exclusively with Front End. Inside the UX team for at least two years I have made alone ​​from graphic layout to the last CSS line code, profoundly transforming the appearance of the portal. At that time I also worked in 5 team at the same time and I have laid the foundations for the actual activities. It's only thanks to this huge job that I have won the respect of my colleagues and my superiors, the most important professional award.

  Working in Imatika was a critical step in my professional growth because in spite of an awful company management, along with my colleagues developers we have been able to create innovative products with high quality. I've learned over these years the importance of teamwork and how the professionalism grows in the challenges.

  After the experience of freelancing I felt the need to return to work in a team and there I found a very young team. There I had the opportunity to deepen my Flash skills, passing from interface design for e-learning to very complex corporate websites.
