Creating a user-friendly LMS (Learning Management System) and an accompanying website to enhance student engagement, online learning and streamline administrative processes for an emerging school in Pakistan.

  Applied user-centric research, with 10+ stakeholder interviews to identify personas and pain points. Translated insights into a redesigned data-driven B2B product, elevating accessibility, improving Task Success Rate, and introducing an innovative My Feed feature. Guided the company rebranding initiative, overseeing iterative website redesign and collaborating cross-functionally with Leadership, Growth, and Engineering teams, achieving an 11.5% increase in Conversion Rate, 9% boost in Engagement Rate, and improved Lead Quality by 9%. Collaborated with Engineering and Leadership teams to iteratively implement product changes in LESS, JavaScript, and HTML, resulting in a smoother UX through improved navigation and a UI compliant with modern standards.

  Designed 10+ screens end-to-end iteratively and developed a B2B Data Annotation Platform (TeasyLabel) using Adobe XD, BootStrap, and JavaScript for responsive user experience allowing users to label, color-code, categorize and group data seamlessly. Envisioned and iterated designs with the Engineering team for a B2B AR app concept, simplifying on-site inspections. Utilized research and data to craft user journeys for a user-friendly interface, enabling non-technical users to scan, detect defects, and document observations precisely. Developed with Unity 3D. Collaborated within the engineering team for the design and development of the company website redesign, achieving 13% higher User Engagement and 9% longer Average Time Spent. Utilized Adobe XD, BootStrap, and JavaScript, while adhering to an agile project management methodology.

  Identified and addressed 20+ UX issues in web and iOS app interfaces, proposing solutions aligned with Nielsen's Usability Heuristics. Recommendations included enhancing consistency in navigation, improving button visibility, better responsiveness, and clarifying system terminology for novice users. Created 60+ high-fidelity mockup screens with interactive prototypes, enhancing the iOS app UI with modern design and resolving identified UX issues. Created 2 Java Command Line Applications with 100+ test cases to send different HTTP requests and to conduct automated and dynamic API Testing with JSON parsing to check for invalid input, XSS, input size, and credentials. API documentation was analyzed using Swagger. Other software & frameworks used: Postman, Spring Boot, Rest API, Rest Assured, and TestNG suite.

  Orchestrated stakeholder interviews with 50+ healthcare professionals for user research and usability testing purposes of the health-tech product, to detect user flow issues. Conducted usability testing on the firms web and native mobile applications and identified multiple errors related to user experience like navigation, toggle malfunctions, date picker issue and data not displaying. Utilized Python scripts to stress test database strength and security and to increase design efficiency, while creating 20+ social media posts. Designed 30+ unique assets using Photoshop & Illustrator for posting on social media, usage in internal reports, and branding for corporate events.
