I am passionate about meaningful change. I believe in transparency and working collaboratively with stakeholders and the business to achieve the end goal that is change adoption. I am a pragmatist at heart and in practice. Methodology will get us so far but intuition and common sense will lead us to the end result. Skilled in managing and influencing stakeholder expectations, I am solution-orientated and passionate about delivering change and driving positive organisational outcomes. What I bring to the table: Solid stakeholder management, engagement and influencing ability. I have run discreet internal projects, as well as managed the relationships between business and customer to ensure outcomes are met. Responsibilities included running current state assessments, defining change management plans, and supporting various projects such as Workforce Architecture, People Data Visualisation platform, SAP/Equip Goal Setting Module upgrade, and People Technology Strategy & Roadmap.
