With a robust background in information systems and user-centered agile development, I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information at the University of Michigan. My professional journey includes roles such as Quality Assurance Specialist at the University of Michigan's School of Information, where I develop and execute comprehensive QA test plans to enhance user experience. Previously, I managed special events for World of Dance, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences. As a Cohort Lead and Organization Peer Advisor at the University of Michigan, I designed leadership programs and facilitated workshops to enhance leadership skills among students. Additionally, I served as a Creative Project Manager for TEDxUofM, overseeing projects to align with the organization's vision.   Designed and led a year-long leadership cohort program, collaborating with various campus departments to identify and select the best co-facilitators for student organization leaders. Identified individual capabilities and onboarded emerging leaders on campus, organizing and conducting comprehensive orientation sessions. Facilitated workshops on conflict resolution and provided 1:1 peer advising, helping leaders navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
