I'm a Design Leader with over 15+ years of experience in Digital Design and Product Innovation, I have led multi-disciplinary teams on projects ranging from banking, sports, learning platforms, and luxury retail throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. My strengths as a designer come from a forward-thinking and DIY attitude. I am equally comfortable designing both interfaces and experiences, leading complex projects, and partnering with clients to deliver the most innovative experiences for their customers. As an unconditionally curious person, I truly believe a better future can be created through the conscious use of technology. I'm also straight edge, a surfer, and a martial arts aficionado.

  Set up a business incubator for a renowned brand in Japan in order to expand its potential in the market and uncover new opportunities. Using an existing project as a guide, I helped lay the foundations of a Human-Centered Design approach to innovation and raised awareness and internal collaboration. *Led the experience design process end-to-end, from validating the initial idea to designing an MVP, and creating a roadmap, and future vision for the product. *Facilitated innovation workshops with senior key stakeholders. Brought internal alignment between silos and departments. *Promoted brand integrity and collaboration between internal and external teams. *Successfully launched an App during Q3 FY 2023 with 8000+ downloads.

  I led the setup of a new studio in Dubai, bringing the brand to the GCC region. Alongside the Head of the Studio, I immersed myself in understanding the market, developed new relationships with potential clients, and facilitated the transfer of design expertise and maturity to partner companies. *Redefined and launched a loyalty programme for the biggest retail group in KSA achieving widespread acceptance and extended rollout across 1700+ stores and 92 brands in 10 countries. *Designed an intranet portal for a luxurious hospitality destination (a key part of NEOM and the PFI) with a projected growth of 250-20,000+ users within a year. *Contributed to New Business development efforts alongside the Head of Studio.

  As a Senior Designer, I assumed a multifaceted role that included mentoring and the development of studio culture, elevating the design team's standards and establishing relationships with other offices. Redesigned the digital learning experience of a global brand offering free content and a community of like-minded professionals. Introduced and designed the first neo-bank in Eastern Europe's 10+ countries. Helped drive innovation towards a cleaner future for a fossil fuel company. Supported the Head of People (HR) on talent acquisition and brand presence attending portfolio reviews and guidance of graduates of Central Saint Martins.
