I'm a Toronto-based communications and operations advisor with experience across Canadian federal government, Parliament, and organizations on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border. I started on the internet, consulting some of YouTube's fastest-growing creators on audience strategy before moving into institutional and government work. Since then I've built a 12,000-member Discord community for Pangea during Y Combinator's W21 batch, led innovation and efficiency projects inside a federal department of over 10,000 people, and founded MapleMark Media, a communications and strategy consultancy working with organizations and public figures on communications strategy, digital presence, and community building. I'm open to consulting engagements in strategic communications, operations, community building, and public affairs.
