In my currently role as a Product Administrative Specialist, my day-to-day goal is to get all digital & live events active on the PESI's websites. My general responsibilities include: event & operations management, technical coding skills, PESI product knowledge, and cross-team collaboration. I am passionate about creating unique and thoughtful experiences that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Drake University and certifications in User Experience Design and User Interface Engineering from Kenzie Academy. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices to improve my craft and add value to my team and organization.
