  Led end-to-end product design for an AI-powered conversational video platform, shaping core UX, visual language, and interaction paradigms from beta to scale. Designed and shipped the full experience across avatar creation, conversational video creation and playback, creator studio, analytics, and content management. Defined a new interaction model blending live-call and video playback affordances to reduce passive viewing and increase conversational presence. Built and shipped a production design system adopted by engineers, helping scale the product to 10,000+ active users, including adoption by UC Berkeley CS61A.

  Designed high-fidelity UI and interaction flows for early product iterations, including the main dashboard, content display logic, and notification systems. Partnered closely with the founder to refine layout structure, visual identity, and interaction clarity during early-stage exploration. Established design foundations that informed later production features and system-level decisions.
