Hello! My name is Emma, and I am from Harleysville, PA. I am a senior Creative Writing and Publishing & Editing double major at Susquehanna University with a focus in Communications and Marketing! During the Fall 2024 semester, I was a content writing intern at an Italian communications agency, About Sorrento, while studying abroad at Sant'Anna Institute in Sorrento, Italy. This past summer, I continued growing that intercultural and global perspective as an Internal Communications intern at Qlik in King of Prussia, PA. Now, I am completing an internship as Senior Design Editor of our campus Creative Nonfiction literary magazine, Essay Magazine, which I design and layout with InDesign. My most rewarding campus positions have been through Greek Life, as I am currently serving as Panhellenic President, but I have held the following roles: Panhellenic VP of Public Relations, Panhellenic DEIA Committee, Sigma Kappa Public Relations Chair, and Sigma Kappa DEIA Chair. These roles have helped me to broaden my career goals past being an English major, but introduced me to communications and social media marketing, and allowed me to exercise my creative freedom and leadership skills.
