As President of GLOW Club Tropoje, I honed my leadership skills by managing teams, resolving conflicts, and overseeing budget management and program development. My role as Vice President of the US Embassy Youth Council Albania further expanded my expertise in organizing events and promoting youth engagement in diplomatic initiatives. Currently, I am enhancing the online presence and brand awareness of Federa through engaging content creation. Additionally, my experience as a Project Coordinator for the Summer Camp Bajram Curri involved training volunteers, managing resources, and ensuring smooth event execution for over 160 participants.
