With over a decade of experience at the intersection of education, workforce development, and technology, I help organizations empower young people with career exposure and readiness. I provide academia, businesses, and students (ages 15-24) with a talent pipeline framework that tracks, evaluates, and measures student work-based learning performance. I deliver a true end-to-end talent pipeline program that is supported by a work-based learning program driven by data to track and provide insight into key KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) of emerging talent.
