Identified opportunity to reduce transaction costs by 93.7%, saving 2.68 Mn INR annually Identified industry best practices and proposed Digi KYC integration solution for PAN and Aadhar cards into the KYC portal. This initiative aims to achieve a 30% reduction in KYC completion times and a 90% decrease in re-submission flows.   Led 0-1 initiative for venturing into the study abroad segment, directly working with the Founder and Vice-President, targeting a potential 3 Bn INR ARR for Nxtwave Abroad Conducted comprehensive product research (TAM, ARPU, competitor landscape, revenue channels, partnerships, financial projections, scalability, team structure), resulting in robust Project Level Planning (PLP). Oversaw CRM and portal development, and engaged in hiring, assembling, and training a dedicated project team for operational efficiency. Ensured compliance, led negotiations, finalized agreements, and established strategic B2B partnerships with universities in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Facilitated cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Product, Tech, and Data teams to successfully launch the product Successfully launched the Nxtwave Abroad pilot with a comprehensive GTM strategy, assembling a dedicated team of 5, establishing operational processes, and surpassing initial enrollment targets by 220% within the first month.

  Led influencer marketing campaigns, identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with influencers across various regions. Achieved over 8 million views, reduced CPL by 34.6% Developed an automated influencer scouting system using YouTube and Bitly APIs with Python, slashing the scouting time from 60 minutes to 1 minute (98.3% reduction) and saving the team 75 hours monthly. Developed College Predictor and Rank Predictors for exams using ChatGPT and Python. Collected and cleaned data, wrote code, and collaborated with the tech team. Generated 200K leads and 1M+ views. Established and grew the affiliate lead generation channel from the ground up, creating distinct programs for student affiliates, college professors, and digital affiliates, leading to onboarding 73% of affiliate partners who contributed to 86% of registrations and 80% of sales, within a lean team of three.
