I have nearly a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), starting as a Behavior Technician supporting individuals with autism. This experience fueled my passion and led me to complete an undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education, where I focused on helping individuals with autism reach their full potential. I later transitioned to the operations side of ABA clinics, working to improve service quality and expand access for the autism community. After completing my MBA, I began collaborating with ABA startups, helping them grow and enhance their operations. My goal has always been to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism, and I remain dedicated to improving the services and support they receive.
