With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, I have cultivated a diverse skill set through various roles. As a Product Designer at Ani since December 2022, I have led the design and implementation of key features, enhancing user experience and ensuring seamless integration. My role involves creating high-fidelity wireframes, detailed user flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine features based on stakeholder feedback. Previously, as an Office Manager at Chick-fil-A, I designed systems to maximize efficiency for over 100 employees and fostered a positive workplace environment. Additionally, my experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant involved conducting original research and supporting the ideation process through analytical data. Established design parameters and collaborated closely with team members to execute high-fidelity wireframes effectively. Brainstormed and implemented strategies to enhance the guest experience by limiting and customizing content access based on user type (i.e. Photos, Videos, News Articles). Created detailed user flows to outline the guest user journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience without requiring an account. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the chatroom feature aligns with overall product goals and user needs. Integrated feedback from stakeholders to refine chatroom features, making them more intuitive and accessible.
