  Kleene, a B2B SAAS start-up based in London, UK. The app can ingest data from 120+ sources, master it using SQL and then present business insights in a visualisation tool of choice. I was the sole-designer and owned all the UX/UI design decisions for the Kleene web app. Through UX prototyping and user interviews, I have tested over 5 hypotheses and designed UI/UX improvements based on the findings, which led to a 20% increase in the NPS metric. Created an enterprise-level design system using the Tailwind UI framework. Led efforts to supervise an external design studio to extend our design function capacity and pursue new concepts.

  Insense is a primary platform for D2C, Amazon brands, and 1400+ companies to create user content and ads on Instagram and TikTok. I worked end-to-end on a project of refining the UI/UX of an existing mobile app, while recruiting and managing a junior product designer. Restructured the existing app, refined all user journeys and tweaked the look-n-feel by using a user centered design approach, including UX wireframing, prototyping and user interviews, which resulted in a 12.3 pp growth in send offer conversion. Hired and managed a product designer to streamline the workflow. Updated the current design system to match the new appearance and functionality of the app.

  A mobile app with over 120M users that uses physical activity to earn digital currency. I owned the design process for the social part of the app, delivering important mobile app features, while working as a member of a team, consisting of 4 product designers and a design lead. Using a user centered design approach, I designed and launched the challenges functionality, resulting in a 4% increase in app openings and over 60,000 people participating in the race challenge in the first month after launch. Designed and launched the New Year's resolution feature by using a UCD approach, which resulted in an average of 5,000 resolutions being set daily in the first month after release. Contributed to building the first version of the design system, including buttons, alignment guide, currency texts, tags and navigation elements.

• Product Designer · Trucker Path02-01-2017 – 01-01-2018

  Software platform for the trucking industry, providing navigational assistance and truckload sourcing for 35% of the US market, with 1M MAU. Acquired by RenRen in 2017. I was working as a member of a team, consisting of 3 product designers and 1 marketing designer. Designed the 'truck search' feature used daily by 200+ companies across the industry. Designed the 'bidding feature' with 3K requests in the first 2 weeks with 30% fulfillment rate. Designed a new load posting UI decreasing the load posting time by 10%.
