Jessica Ho

About

Jessica Ho is a graphic designer graduating in May 2024 from the School of Visual Arts. She was born in California and grew up in Taiwan, which is a remote but loving island. She studied at School of Visual Arts in New York City and received the Silas H. Rhodes Scholarship for the entirety of her studies. Fascinated by how to increase the quality of user experiences with creativity, she learned to pinpoint problems while interning at MATTE Projects. She participated in creating a billboard for YSL x Lil Nas X that was advertised in New York City. By working in the fashion/beauty advertising world, she learned how to detect abnormalities within the ordinary and develop ranges of identities for MATTE Projects' tenth-anniversary. Jessica finds joy in working in a fast-paced environment, which has shaped her desire to transform the mundane with vivid whimsy in the creative world.
