I take projects that aren't working, are kind of working, or haven't started yet and I come up with a strategy to get them done. I have 25+ years of experience, highlighted by the strategic planning and completion of four complex large-scale maritime initiatives valued at $200M in federal appropriations. Leader of over 200+ Project Managers and 1,000 technology and maintenance professionals alongside Navy/ Marine Corps Intranet, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Gruman, and Raytheon PMO Offices, producing lean designs ahead of schedule and under budget. I'm confident in my ability to inspire teams from all backgrounds to deliver award-winning work. My journey has taken me through various industries including technology, government, global crisis response, and the military. With 25 years of military service, including a decade as a Navy Command Master Chief, I bring extensive leadership experience and a proven ability to guide teams to success. • Chief Operations Officer · Combat Wounded Coalition | Home of Wounded Wear2008-01-01 – 2013-01-01

  Fortunate to work with The Combat Wounded Coalition, which focused on supporting combat-wounded warriors who often face challenges assimilating back into society and dealing with life changes due to service to our country. Our mission includes instilling a sense of pride, power, purpose, and peace in these warriors, along with providing counseling services and non-pharmacological solutions for post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injuries​. Led efforts in distributing over 750 specialized clothing packages and modifications, valued over $400,000, to wounded warriors at Walter Reed National Naval Medical Center and other healing facilities. Designed and orchestrated transformative events, notably Jumping for a Purpose, where over 300 warriors and caregivers were encouraged to step beyond their comfort zones through skydiving, significantly boosting their self-confidence and fostering growth. Led strategic communications and engagement efforts, identified vital markets, and partnered with Cities, Corporate Sponsors, private donors, and Government Agencies, building lasting relationships and strategic partnerships. Developed the Overcome Academy, a biannual curriculum-based program empowering warriors with skills in leadership, resiliency, and professional presentation, guiding them to share their stories, build confidence, and excel as role models within their families, workplaces, and communities.
