Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Cornell University, expected to graduate in 2024. As a Student Communications Service Assistant II at Cornell's College of Arts and Sciences, curates and schedules social media posts, leveraging a Digital Media Strategy. Serves as Co-President of Underrepresented Minorities in Computing (URMC), managing a 30+ member executive board, promoting representation, and organizing over 50 events. Previously held roles as Co-Design Chair and Co-Events Chair at URMC, creating marketing materials and coordinating events. Also an instructor for Cornell App Development, teaching Intro to Digital Product Design, managing teaching assistants, and mentoring new product designers. Holds a High School Diploma from Woodland High School.

  Managed an executive board of 30+ students and onboarded 15 to new roles. Worked alongside faculty advisors to promote representation at the Tapia Conference. Reached 900 URMC slack members and raised over $5,000 in donations on Giving Day. Facilitated the hosting of over 50 events (mentorship, social, academic, corporate, etc.) to foster a safe space for URMs and supporters at Cornell.

  Created 100+ flyers including templates for future designers to use. Worked with the marketing subteam to promote the organization on social media platforms. Redesigned the website and created swag designs to allow members to show their support. Helped coordinate 15+ events over Zoom for various sub-teams with a focus on Mentorship and Outreach. Created a timeline for each event including the event date, flyer deadline, calendar syncing, and pubbing. Collaborated with 2 other events chairs to plan 3 general body events.

  Served as Intro to Digital Product Design (INFO 1998-601) Course Instructor with over 50 students per semester. Managed 20 teaching assistants per semester on how to facilitate critique sessions, mentor students, and give valuable lectures. Mentored 1:1 over 20 new product designers on topics such as product thinking, the double diamond method, user research, brainstorming, interaction design, communication design, visual design, and prototyping.
