I’m Lauren — Founder of Trail. I work with sustainability teams to turn Circular initiatives into commercially credible opportunities. I help build the business case, craft commercial stories that resonate, navigate objections, secure leadership buy-in, and move ideas from pilots to scale — essentially, un-sticking circular economy initiatives, making them enticing for internal and external buy-in. With a background in account management, commercial strategy, and an MSc in Sustainable Business Leadership from the University of Leeds (2025) and Open University Sustainability studies (2023), I translate sustainability into the language the business understands: value, risk, growth, and opportunity. At Trail, I focus on three practical areas: Commercial storytelling & buy-in — helping leaders communicate sustainability initiatives in ways that win support. Business case & strategy support — shaping Circular initiatives so they’re fundable, testable, and commercially grounded. Skills & confidence building — workshops and learning that empower teams to speak both sustainability and commercial fluently.
